Band Portal guide
Run your band's page on The Band Index
The Band Portal is where a band, its manager or its label looks after the band's page on The Band Index. This guide walks you through every part of it, one step at a time.
What you can do
Once your band is in the portal, you can:
- Post to your fans. News goes straight to everyone who follows the band, and they get a notification.
- Shape your band page. Choose which sections fans see and in what order, and write your own biography, links and lineup.
- Put your music up. Upload your tracks, choose when each one goes public, and share it.
- List your shows. Add your concerts, link your Ticketmaster artist, and take shows that aren't yours off your page.
- Edit together. Add your bandmates, manager or label so they can help.
Fans see your changes on your band page at thebandindex.com.
Start in three steps
