In accordance with applicable privacy laws and Facebook's Data Deletion Requirements, you have the right to request that we delete the personal data we have collected about you through our service.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data from The Band Index, please follow these steps:

Email Request

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request" or "Delete My Account"
  3. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your The Band Index account
    • The third-party service you used to log in (if applicable): Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn
    • Your user ID (if known) - this helps us locate your data more quickly

Facebook Data Deletion

If you logged into The Band Index using Facebook, you can also manage your data through Facebook's platform:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
  2. Find "The Band Index" in the list
  3. Click "Remove" to revoke access
  4. Select the checkbox for "Delete your The Band Index activity" if you want Facebook to request deletion of your data from our service

When Facebook sends us a data deletion request on your behalf, we will process it according to Facebook's Data Deletion Callback policy and the timeline described above.

Data Storage Information

Your personal data is stored securely in our Supabase database infrastructure. Supabase uses PostgreSQL databases with enterprise-grade security, encryption at rest and in transit, and regular security audits to protect your information.
