Names and trademarks

Festival, event, band, brand, product and company names, logos and trademarks on The Band Index belong to their owners. We use them only to identify those owners and their work and to report on them, so fans can see who is playing where and make their own plans. Using a name here does not mean its owner endorses us or has any partnership with us.

Lineups and event details

Lineups, dates and event details come from public sources and from our users. We do not present them as official, complete or error-free, and organizers can change them at any time. Confirm the details with the official festival or promoter before you travel or buy tickets.

Band pages managed by bands

Some band pages are claimed and run by the band or its representatives. What they add is covered by the Band Content License. A claimed page means that band runs its own page here. It is not an endorsement by any festival, promoter, label or brand.

Sponsorships and advertising

Sponsorships and advertising sold by The Band Index are placements on The Band Index only. Sponsoring a page here is not a sponsorship of, or an official connection with, any festival, promoter, venue, artist or event. We do not sell official festival sponsorship rights and cannot grant them. A sponsor who wants those must get them directly from the rights holder.
