Brand of Sacrifice

來自多倫多的死核樂團 Brand of Sacrifice 於 2018 年強勢崛起，由 The Afterimage 的餘燼中誕生。創始成員 Kyle、Michael、Liam、Dallas 和 Rob 將他們對三浦建太郎漫畫《烙印勇士》（Berserk）的共同熱愛，融入到他們殘暴、技術流的曲風中，為音樂注入了陰暗、史詩般的主題。

他們的首張 EP The Interstice 於同年推出，為 2019 年的首張長篇專輯 God Hand 奠定了基礎。樂團憑藉 2021 年獨立發行、備受讚譽的第二張專輯 Lifeblood 鞏固了他們在死核界的地位。這次成功促成了與 Lorna Shore 主唱 Will Ramos 合作重新發行的〈Lifeblood〉，進一步擴大了他們的影響力。2023 年 4 月，他們推出了第二張 EP Between Death and Dreams，展示了四首張力毫不動搖的歌曲。
