Dream Theater 的故事
前衛金屬巨擘 Dream Theater 於 1985 年發跡於麻薩諸塞州波士頓。最初由來自長島的 John Petrucci（吉他手）、John Myung（貝斯手）與 Mike Portnoy（鼓手）組成，當時團名為 Majesty。這三位成員隨後自伯克利音樂學院（Berklee College of Music）輟學以追尋他們的音樂抱負。Petrucci 與 Myung 至今仍是樂團中唯二始終堅守陣容的成員。
