Ocean Sleeper

Emerging from the heavy music underground in 2016, Ocean Sleeper has steadily forged a distinct identity within the contemporary metalcore landscape. Originating from Australia, the band captured immediate attention with a sound that strikes a delicate balance between sheer aggression and emotive vulnerability. Built around a framework of crushing guitar riffs, dynamic rhythm sections, and the sharp contrast between visceral screams and soaring, anthemic clean vocals, their music captures the genre`s essential catharsis while maintaining a sharp modern polish.

The groups creative momentum reached a defining milestone with the release of their 2019 full-length effort, Dont Leave Me This Way. The album showcased their knack for hook-driven songcraft without sacrificing the relentless intensity that marked their early work, earning them widespread acclaim among heavy music enthusiasts. Continuing to push their artistic boundaries, Ocean Sleeper has maintained a forward-thinking trajectory, culminating in ambitious projects like Peace When I`m Dead, which further demonstrate their thematic maturity and refined production style.

Over nearly a decade of active touring and writing, Ocean Sleeper has cultivated a dedicated global following that numbers well into the tens of thousands across digital platforms. Their enduring appeal lies in their ability to translate personal turmoil, resilience, and heartbreak into hard-hitting, mosh-ready anthems tailored for both club venues and festival stages. With an unwavering work ethic and a deeply authentic approach to heavy music, the band continues to stand out as a formidable presence in the international metalcore scene.
