Kreator, one of the undisputed titans of German thrash metal, exploded out of Essen in 1982, cementing their place among the genres founding fathers. The bands current, formidable lineup features iconic frontman Miland "Mille" Petrozza on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, powerhouse drummer Jürgen "Ventor" Reil, shredding lead guitarist Sami Yli-Sirniö, and virtuosic bassist Frédéric Leclercq. Across their relentless 43-year career, Kreator has navigated various lineup shifts, particularly in the lead guitar and bass positions, a common odyssey for bands with such an enduring legacy.
