Story of Magnolia Park

Orlando, Florida`s rapidly ascending rock outfit, Magnolia Park, has carved a distinctive niche in the alternative music scene since their formation in 2018. Currently, these sonic innovators are proudly signed to the legendary Epitaph Records, a label renowned for nurturing influential rock acts.

On January 24, 2025, Magnolia Park sent ripples through the rock community with the exciting announcement of their highly anticipated fourth studio album, VAMP. Slated for release on April 11, VAMP is poised to be a groundbreaking neo-gothic concept album. The band promises a sprawling narrative rich in immersive world-building and compelling storytelling, set within a captivating futuristic landscape dubbed the Nocturne Nexus. This release is expected to be a pivotal moment, showcasing their evolving sound and artistic ambition.

Career

Hailing from Orlando, Florida, the genesis of Magnolia Park dates back to 2018, born from the long-standing friendship between childhood pals Tristian Torres and Freddie Criales. The band`s uniquely memorable name originates from the very spot where Criales famously broke his leg during a spirited Razor scooter incident. Their journey officially kicked off with the release of their debut single, "Patience," on August 1, 2018, instantly capturing early attention.

Building significant momentum in 2019, Magnolia Park unleashed three more impactful singles: "Desperate" (January 3), "October" (July 12), and "Pumpkin Eater" (August 2). These tracks were instrumental in solidifying their early sound and were subsequently bundled together for their debut EP, Vacant, which dropped on January 25, 2020. Not content to rest, they quickly followed up with another standalone single, "Hangover Heaven," on November 15, 2019. This prolific period culminated in a notable performance the very next day, November 16, when they took the stage at the final Hope Fest in Lakeside, Florida, supporting headliners Capstan and showcasing their burgeoning live energy.

Maintaining their unwavering output and demonstrating consistent artistic drive, Magnolia Park continued their prolific single streak into 2020 with the release of "Outside" on January 17.
