Emerging from the fertile Swedish indie scene in 1995, Caesars established themselves as a vital force in the global garage rock revival. Over a career spanning nearly two decades before their disbandment on February 13, 2012, the band crafted a signature sound characterized by gritty, infectious energy and sharp, hook-laden songwriting. Blending classic rock-and-roll swagger with a distinct indie rock sensibility, they carved out a unique niche that resonated far beyond their Scandinavian homeland.

They made their initial mark with the raw energy of their 1996 release ¡Rock De Puta Mierda!, quickly followed by the seminal Youth Is Wasted on the Young in 1998.
